At a glance

Front Click Limited builds focused iPhone utilities. Data handling differs by app and feature, so each App Store product page remains the most specific source for that app’s current privacy disclosures.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Front Click Limited (“Front Click,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit this website, contact us, or use our mobile applications. An app-specific notice or the privacy details displayed on its App Store product page may provide additional information. Where a more specific notice applies, it controls for that product or feature.

2. Information we process

Information you provide

If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message, such as your email address, the app you use, device or operating-system details you choose to share, and any attachments or diagnostic information you provide.

Website information

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process standard technical records, including IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and error or security events. These records help deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the website.

App information

Depending on the app, the feature you choose, your device settings, and integrated service providers, information may include device or advertising identifiers, usage events, crash diagnostics, location when a weather feature requests it, and content needed to perform a requested function—such as text, voice, images, documents, or NFC tag data. Some features may process content on your device; others may transmit it to a service provider to return the requested result.

Apple and third-party services

Apple independently processes information relating to App Store accounts, downloads, purchases, and platform services under its own terms. Apps may also include analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, translation, weather, or other service providers. Their processing is governed by their terms and by the permissions and privacy choices available on your device.

3. How we use information

We may process information to:

  • provide app and website functionality requested by you;
  • respond to support, feedback, and privacy requests;
  • diagnose crashes, improve performance, and understand feature usage;
  • display or measure advertising where an app and its App Store disclosure indicate this;
  • detect misuse, protect our services, and maintain security; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

4. When information is shared

Information may be shared with:

  • service providers that host, secure, analyze, support, or enable app features on our behalf;
  • analytics or advertising partners where their SDK is included and the relevant app disclosure identifies that use;
  • authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse; and
  • a successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We expect service providers that process information for us to use appropriate protections and to process the information only for the agreed purpose.

5. Your choices

  • Use iOS Settings to manage permissions such as location, microphone, photos, camera, and tracking.
  • Reset or limit advertising identifiers using the controls available through Apple.
  • Stop app-level processing by disabling a feature or uninstalling the app.
  • Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection rights that may apply under your local law.

We may need information to verify and respond to a request. Some information may be controlled by Apple or another service provider, in which case you may need to use that provider’s privacy tools.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to provide support, maintain security, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the app or provider involved. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

To request deletion of information held directly by Front Click, email us at support@frontclick.com. Please name the app and describe the information or interaction related to your request.

7. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live; where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers.

8. Children

Our apps are general-purpose utilities and are not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and address the request.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, provider, or legal changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an app or another appropriate channel.
